A Day in a Hammock to Write
OmetepeVisit location →A whole day reserved for you at a farm on Ometepe: hammock, notebook, coffee, simple meals. Nothing more.
Why this exists.
Booking is the hardest part.
Elena is a writer and lives on a small farm in southern Ometepe. She discovered years ago that what she found hardest to get was time truly alone, uninterrupted. So she designed this experience: a whole day for one person. You arrive at 8am, are assigned a private hammock under a large tree, and from then on no one speaks to you except to serve water, coffee, or food. You can write, read, sleep, do nothing. Elena is available at the end of the day for conversation if you'd like. The simplest experience in the catalog and for many the most valuable.
